Working with Experts

Its not uncommon for there to be Experts from multiple discipline involved in criminal and civil proceedings. Ballistics, Gait, Collision Reconstruction, Use-of-Force, Human Performance, Bio Mechanical, Audio and Footwear are just a few. These experts provide opinions and conclusions which may be based on video evidence from CCTV, Body-worn Cameras, Dash Cams and Cloud Storage systems. Yet, most of these experts have little to no training/experience in the inaccuracies digital video can have.

Video Consultants NW provides open corroboration with other experts when video and images evidence is used in their processes.  By providing them with the encoding information, frame rate changes, compression artifacts and playback inaccuracies, they are able to better consider the reliability of their own conclusions.

This also includes the creation of accurate courtroom presentations. No one wants to have their Expert enter the courtroom only to find out their presentations can be challenged by the opposing Expert as to its reliability and accuracy. Video Consultants NW works in collaboration with other Experts to ensure their deliverables are reliable and accurate.
